C&E × PLC Mapping & Test Preparation

VERTESIS maps every testable cause and effect to its PLC variable and prepares the required physical, simulated, emulated or virtual PLC environment. Connectivity is supported through OPC DA, OPC UA or an OPC UA gateway.

Automated PLC Validation

VertSAFE generates relevant test scenarios from the C&E and executes black-box tests against observable PLC input/output behavior. The methodology is independent of PLC vendor, architecture and programming language, subject to OPC connectivity.

Findings, Evidence & Retesting

Automated testing produces traceable evidence of PLC behavior relative to the C&E. Each deviation is analyzed with relevant C&E, PLC and change information; after correction, affected tests can be repeated to verify closure.
